  My name is Andrew DiMino and many of you know me as the founder of CarbSmart. I began that business more than six years ago, having started a low carb lifestyle in 1998. Over the years, as a store owner (both online and with retail locations), I began hearing from more and more customers who were also looking for grain-free products because they also needed to adhere to a gluten free lifestyle. More people were asking for gluten free foods, and we began trying to accommodate their needs.
