Monin Sugar Free Syrups are made with water and ship in glass bottles. When the temperature drops below 32 degrees, Monin Syrups freeze, expand, and unfortunately, the bottles break during transit. We have been selling Monin Syrups for over ten years and know the bottles freeze and break when it's really cold outside no matter where our customers live. So, SINCE WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN BOTTLES DUE TO FREEZING DURING SHIPMENT, we have decided to stop selling Monin Syrups after November 1st until warmer weather comes in spring 2012, and the possibility of the bottles freezing in transit has passed.
