Grilled Strip Steak With Lemon Parsley Compound Butter Recipe

One my favorite meals is a big, fat, juicy Grilled Strip Steak. If I top it with a compound butter like the Tangy Lemon Parsley Butter, not only is it completely gluten-free, but it is ketogenic heaven for our Gluten-Free Low-Carb readers! This meal is super easy to prepare and will put a smile on your family's face every time you serve it.
Ingredients
  • 4 New York strip steaks, about 10 ounces each
  • ½ cup Tangy Lemon Parsley butter INSERT NEW INTERNAL LINK
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Grill or broil the steaks to the desired temperature.
  2. Thinly slice the butter and place about 1 tablespoon worth on each of the hot steak.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes
If you are broiling the steaks, line the broiler pan with aluminum foil. It makes cleanup ever so much easier!
