Sweet and Tangy Gluten-Free Cranberry Sauce Recipe

What is Thanksgiving without cranberry sauce? This gluten-free version is delicious! The walnuts add texture and crunch. This Sweet and Tangy Cranberry Sauce will have your guests begging for the recipe!
  • 1 cup cranberries, fresh
  • water, enough to cover cranberries
  • ¼ teaspoon dried orange peel
  • ½ teaspoon lemon extract
  • 3 teaspoons Swerve Sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon Konjac Glucomannan Powder
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  1. Place washed cranberries in a pan with enough water to cover; add the rest of the ingredients except the walnuts.
  2. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to simmer until it is thick; about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the walnuts.
  4. Can be served warm or cold.
