This Creamy Cauliflower Casserole begs for a place at your holiday table. It's creamy, rich, delicious, and gluten-free. The best part, a little goes a long way. It doesn't freeze well, so if you have leftovers, pack it up and send it home with your guests. They'll love you for it! I like to keep a bit of the leftovers for myself because it tastes great for breakfast the next morning with a hot cup of coffee. It's rather indulgent!
