Gluten-Free, No Sugar Added Asian Marinade

This tasty Asian Marinade can be used generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork.
Ingredients
  • ½ teaspoon cumin, ground
  • ½ teaspoon coriander, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup peanut oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger root, ground
  • 1½ tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Gluten-Free soy sauce
  • ¼ cup scallion, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork making sure to coat each side. You can also let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before cooking.
