REGULAR VERSION: You will need 1/2 cup HEAVY CREAM and 2 cups of cold water. In medium-size mixing bowl, place dry pudding mix and SLOWLY whisk in two cups of cold water until well mixed. Whisk in 1/2 cup heavy cream. Chill and serve.
FOR TOFU VERSION: In blender, add 1 – 12.3 oz. block of silken tofu, 2 cups of cold water and 1 cup heavy cream, pulse and stir until smooth and creamy. Makes 9- 1/2 cup servings.
VARIATION: For parfait, layer vanilla and chocolate puddings into chilled clear glasses. Top with whipped cream and/or berries if desired.
