Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon cumin, ground
- ½ teaspoon coriander, ground
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup peanut oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon ginger root, ground
- 1½ tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Gluten-Free soy sauce
- ¼ cup scallion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork making sure to coat each side. You can also let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before cooking.
