How do I make a purchase?
When you see an item you want, click on the "Add to Cart" button to put it in your Shopping Cart. Continue shopping until you have chosen all the items you would like to purchase. Then proceed to Checkout.
Product Availability
Although we strive to have every product we feature available for immediate delivery to you, we occasionally find that an item will go out of stock or a manufacturer can not get product to us in a timely manner. Items that are not available at the time your order is processed will be sent in a second shipment. If the item(s) do not become available within a reasonable timeframe, we will send you an email message offering you the choice to continue waiting for these items or cancel the remainder of your order.
What is "Regular Price?"
Regular Price is the retail price that the manufacturer suggests a retail store sells the item at.
What is "Sale Price?"
This is GlutenSmart.com's discounted sale price for an item that is on sale. GlutenSmart.com also lists how much you save per item and at what percentage of Retail Price You Save $0.40 (10%).
What is "Quantity Pricing?"
GlutenSmart.com usually offers a bigger discount on larger quantity purchases. There could be multiple price levels.
I want to put something in my Shopping Cart, but the "Add to Cart" button is missing or the flavor I want is not listed.
Most of the time this means the item is out of stock. We remove the item from the site so that we do not have to back order your items.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I order by phone?
Yes. Although we provide guaranteed order security online, if you prefer to place your order by phone, call our Customer Service staff toll free at 877.279.7091. Customer Service is available Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. If we are having a heavy volume of calls, we will ask you if we can call you back.
Can I order by fax/mail?
Yes. Place your items you would like to purchase in the shopping cart and press the "Checkout" button. Fill out the Shipping page including the Shipping Method and press the "Continue" button. Make sure you enter your daytime phone number so that in case there is a problem with your order, we can call you to solve it quickly. When you get to the payment page, enter your email address and print the page.

Will you collect sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on purchases of books, non-food items, gift baskets, and items that contain Stevia for all orders shipped to Nevada.
