My family will not eat plain old tomatoes but we will all eat this tasty, gluten-free fresh tomato salsa; this recipe is my answer to no tomatoes on our salads. I like the more subtle taste of Serrano peppers, but if you prefer jalapenos then go for it.

I am not willing to pay the price for fresh berries shipped in from who knows where in the winter, so I buy the frozen, organic raspberries from my local grocery store.

Cranberry is not just for Thanksgiving. Because they are Gluten-Free, I buy extra cranberries when they are fresh and in season so I can stock my freezer for year round use! I prefer the Walden Farms Calorie-Free dressing, but if you are Paleo or Primal, you may choose to make your own. It pairs well with beef, chicken, fish, or lamb and reheats easily if you are bringing it to a gathering. If you don’t have fresh green beans, simply thaw out a bag or two of frozen beans and use those.
