Gluten-Free Stir-Fried Green Beans Recipe

However you choose to spice them, these beans add great texture to the meal. One of my favorite things about this Gluten-Free Stir Fried Green Beans recipe is the ability to adapt the spices to the meal I am serving. For instance, some meals call for a little spice so I add red pepper flakes. Other times, maybe some lemon pepper or ginger. I like to serve stir-fried beans with Boneless Pork Roast With Sauerkraut because the pork and sauerkraut are sort of soft, and these beans add a nice crunchy texture to the meal. I always keep frozen, organic green beans in the freezer just in case I don’t have time to run to the store. You can use either fresh or frozen in the recipe without sacrificing taste.

After a heavy meal I prefer a light and refreshing gluten-free dessert and fresh fruit is usually my preference. If you don’t care for Cantaloupe Boats, feel free to substitute with your own favorite low glycemic fruits. Adding the Swerve Granular Sweetener to the fruit gives it a bit of extra sweetness as well as macerate the fruit which allows the natural sweetness to shine. I have found that frozen organic blueberries work best in this recipe.
